We had been to Taj Deccan a year back, the kids had great memories of the earlier trip which was the main reason to stay again this year. The facility has a fantastic location and is very quite. The place is a few minutes away from major Shopping area's. Its very close to great food center's. In addition the Dining area is great and is equipped with great Chef's and amazing support staff who take extra ordinary care to leave a delighted Customer. The security team is always present at the facility day and night and is extremely vigilant and respectful towards the guest's. Other support staff do their best in making the Customers feel their presence due to their Courtesy and professional service.

Excellent Staff I had my daughter with me and we reached hotel in the morning at 8.00 am and I thank the reception person who provided us the room, we had breakfast on that day and that I told them to include in my bill as my booking was from 2 pm. But when I checked out next day and I paid the bill they haven’t included that breakfast of 2 person and I told the reception to include this amount but he said no it is complimentary from our end. I have stayed almost in every 5 star hotel. But never seen such a lovely staff. Every staff member weather on gate, reception,Resturant and housekeeping are very caring.

The Staff at the Taj Deccan were excellent, especially at the restaurant. The hospitality extended to us was very personal and full of warmth and gratitude. Breakfast was very good with a mix of variety of cuisines catering to variety of customers - international and national. The room was slightly dated but spic and span. The Hotel is undergoing renovation and it is expected that the decor of the room would be upgraded. Other than that, beds and pillows were comfortable for a good sleep. Spacious and comfortable.

- Hotel is nicely situated on Banjara Hills, a very central location within Hyderabad - The breakfast and dining options at in-house Arena restaurant was truly splendid and energizing. Options on the menu are diverse, covering both local Hyderabadi and international cuisine. Food is scrumptious, beautifully cooked with local flavors and aroma bursting in your mouth - Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly and keeps attention to the smallest details of the guests

Taj is always known for its hospitality and services and Taj Deccan did not disappoint us, special thanks to Pratima at the reception, Satya at the restaurant who were there to help with a smile, will recommend Anil as your driver who has loads of information about Hyderabad and who made our ride through the city memorable, the breakfast menu was well spread.
